As for the Mercedes, it’s down on power, with its 1.8-litre turbo diesel putting down 134hp & 330Nm of torque. It’s lighter than the Ford, too, tipping the scales at 2 tonnes. What’s more, that’s not the end of the battle… The winner of the first challenge needs to go toe-to-toe with the new VW Transporter!
