Your car or truck is bouncing while driving? Simple steps to evaluate shocks and struts.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rsZG5r4oJLQ

Shop for New Auto Parts at 1AAuto.com http://1aau.to/c/64/eq/shocks-and-struts Your car or truck is bouncing while driving? Andy has some simple steps to evaluate shocks and struts on your car or truck! In this video, Andy shows you some easy ways to diagnose whether your shocks or struts are worn or damaged, and he shows you how easy it is to replace them with parts you can buy right at our website! Shock absorbers are used to dampen the up and down motion of your car or truck's wheels as they drive over uneven surfaces, bumps, and potholes! Struts do the same thing, but also have included springs, and they are designed to turn with front wheels for steering! Over time, shocks and struts get soft. They don't absorb impact as well, and don't rebound as well, which can make your car or truck feel like it's driving on a trampoline. Also, shocks have bearings that can wear out and make grinding noises, or coarse feeling steering. Fortunately, shocks and struts are some of the easier parts you can replace yourself on your car or truck. For more great videos from Andy, Sue, and Len, check out this playlist!

Check Engine Code P0011, Rough Running Engine? How to Diagnose VVT Solenoids!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2RZhedfzBeM

For More Info visit us at: http://1aau.to/h/cVg/ Do you have a check engine code P0011? Does the engine in your car or truck feel rough, maybe it's misfiring? In this video, Sue takes you through the steps of identifying and diagnosing a timing problem caused by a faulty VVT solenoid. Trouble code P0011 indicates that the camshaft is advanced further than the computer expects it to be. While that could indicate problems with the cam shafts, gears, or timing belts or chains, with modern vehicles, the variable valve timing solenoid is often to blame. The VVT solenoid is a valve that is controlled by the engine computer. It has oil passages that open and close to advance and de-advance timing of the engine. Dirty oil can clog up these passages, and interfere with the valve.
