Mat’s got his hands on this all-new family-friendly SUV to see if it has what it takes to compete with class leaders like the Volkswagen Tiguan! So what’s new with the Sportage? Well for starters, it’s definitely more striking than its predecessor! Around the back, you’ll find taillights and looks which are similar to the EV6, while upfront you’ll find a striking grille and some more aggressive bits of trim in the bumper (at least, you will if you choose the GT Line trim). It looks good once you take a step inside, too. There’s a large infotainment & dials screen up front, along with plush feeling, high-quality materials throughout. When it comes to performance, you’ve got a choice of diesel, petrol and hybrid engines. The top-of-the-range is the plug-in hybrid, where the 1.6-litre turbo petrol engine combines with an electric motor to deliver 265hp! What’s more, it’s not exactly that expensive either, with the price starting at around £27,000! So what do you think – is it worth it? You’ll have to stick with Mat to find out! Chapters

Even though this is the performance version of the previously announced EQE, it looks almost identical to the entry-level electric E-Class! However, one key area where it improves over its entry-level counterpart is performance. Two editions have been released (the 43 & the 53), and the range-toppers stats are absolutely wild! Should you choose the EQE 53 and add the AMG Dynamic Pack, you’ll be able to put down a monumental 687hp & 1000Nm! What’s more, you can propel yourself to 60mph in just 3.3 seconds. As a reminder, that’s the same 0-60mph time as the Tesla Model 3! However, there is one BIG difference to keep in mind… EQE 53 is likely to cost upwards of £100,000 – more than DOUBLE the Tesla?! ……………………………………………………. This is the newly-updated Audi S8, and Mat’s on a mission to see whether it has what it takes to compete with the BMW 7 Series and Mercedes S-Class! For starters, let’s kick off with what you’ll find under the bonnet! The A8 range kicks off with a 3-litre V6, but this S8 offers a whole lot more. Right here you’ll find a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can put down 571hp and an eye-watering 800Nm of torque! Even if it’s pretty heavy, this luxury behemoth can still reportedly hit 60mph in just 3.8 seconds! But then again, that’s the least you’d expect from a car that comes with a starting price that’s north of £100,000… And of course, when it comes to the interior you know you’ll be treated to high-quality materials throughout. Sure, not too much has changed compared to the previous version, but that’s no bad thing! From the dashboard upfront through to the middle seat closing mechanism in the back (trust us on this one), this is one of the most luxurious interiors around.
