……………………………………………………. How’s this for a Japanese supercar showdown?! Nissan GT-R NISMO vs Honda NSX! Mat’s brought two of Japan’s most famous super car exports together to put them through their paces to find out which is the #1 must have in 2021! So how do they stack up on paper? Well starting with the Nissan GT-R NISMO, it’s powered by a 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6 which will produce an awesome 600hp & 650Nm of torque. If you're in the market for one, you'd better get prepared to take a BIG hit on your wallet though, with the price starting at £180,000! So how does the NSX compare? Well this hybrid Honda is powered by a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 along with a total of three electric motors, and as a result it can produce 581hp & 645Nm. So the performance is pretty similar to the GT-R… And so is the price! Although the NSX starts at £150,000, the upgraded edition we have here will set you back £180,000! On the face of it you might think this’ll be an easy walkover for the all-electric e-tron, given it can put its power down instantly. But this is no normal Q7 it’s lining up against… Released in 2009, this diesel-powered SUV is packing an absolutely huge 6-litre V12 which produces 500hp & 1,000Nm of torque! As a result, this Q7 produces more power than the e-tron. Even with two electric motors underneath, the EV Audi can produce 405hp & 664Nm. Think it’s game over for the e-tron? Well we haven't told you about the weight yet! Even though the e-tron may tip the scales at 2,445kg, it’s still the lightest car here… With the Q7 weighing 2,635kg!! Think it’ll be too close to call? And if you thought a new AMG G-Wagon was expensive when new, well trust us, it’s got nothing on the G800's price tag. When new, one of these would have set you back £600,000!! So of course, with a price like that, you know the quality of the G800 is going to be out of this world. There are a whole host of upgrades compared to the standard G65, with massive air intakes and 23” alloys on the outside, to a load of soft leather and carbon fibre found throughout the cabin. The upgrades don’t just stop there though. Under the bonnet you’ll find a monumental 6-litre twin-turbo V12 which can pump out 800hp & 1,100Nm of torque!! We’ve got the BMW X3 going up against the Audi Q5 & Volvo XC60 across a series of six challenges to see which is the ultimate family car off-roader. So how do they compare on paper? Well starting with the X3, it’s the ‘30e’ edition, so it’s powered by a 2-litre petrol engine coupled with an electric motor to deliver 292hp and 420Nm of torque. It weighs about 1,990kg and costs approximately £49,000. Next up is the Audi Q5, which has a 2-litre turbo petrol engine under the bonnet to produce 265hp and 370Nm. It weighs less than the BMW, coming in at 1,880kg, and it’s cheaper too, costing around £43,000. And finally we have the Volvo XC60. With a 2-litre turbo diesel up front, the XC60 puts down 197hp and 420Nm of torque. It’s weight and price is pretty similar to the Audi, at 1,900kg & £43,000 respectively. Mat's here to compare the Mercedes-AMG E63 S and the BMW M5 Competition to find out which is the must-have German performance saloon of 2021! From comparing their price and design through to their 0-60mph & brakes, this is the must-see group test for these two cars! But how do they compare on paper? Well starting with the AMG E63, it's powered by a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, which has the ability to put down 612hp & 850Nm of torque. It also comes equipped with a 9-speed automatic gearbox, along with launch control, and it rolls up with a starting price of £99,000. Then we come to the BMW M5 Competition. Hiding under the bonnet is a bigger engine than the AMG, a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8. As a result, it can produce more power, at 625hp. However, it's slightly down on torque (at 750Nm) and it only has an 8-speed torque converter gearbox. It'll also set you back a tiny bit more, with a starting price of £102,000. Ferrari 488 Pista Piloti, and he's alongside Yianni in his Lamborghini Aventador SV and an ES Motor-tuned Porsche 911 Turbo S! Now trust us, the stats on each of these cars are insane! Starting with the Ferrari, it's powered by a 3.9-litre twin-turbo V8 which produces 720hp & 770Nm of torque. That's not all though, it's properly light, weighing less than 1,400kg! Then we have the Aventador SV, which thanks to its almighty 6.5-litre V12 can produce 755hp & 690Nm. And then finally we have the Porsche 911 Turbo. As many of you will know, we've brought the 911 Turbo S in for a whole load of drag races over the past 12 months, and it's left countless cars in its wake! But this is even more special than your standard 911 Turbo… It's been tuned by ES Motor, and it can now produce an incredible 800hp & 950Nm of torque! It's the heaviest car here though, weighing in at 1,640kg. So how do you think this one will play out? Will the light weight of the Ferrari power it to victory?
