This tiny car shocked me!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JruO4XprYU4

Change your car with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Change-Your-Car-0111 This is the Hyundai Inster! It’s an all-new compact electric car that’s meant to rival similar small EVs like the Citroen EC3! It looks super quirky, but is it more style over substance? Mat’s about to find out. When it comes to the design, the Inster certainly looks unique! Up front there’s a distinctive design with some of the wildest hazard lights we’ve seen on any car. Along the side, the cuteness & boxy design is turned up to 10, and we think it looks pretty smart with the roof bars added. Unfortunately, though, these aren’t available on the entry-level car! Around the back, there’s a unique tail light design, and when the brake is applied they become some of the brightest rear lights we’ve ever seen! The interior has a 1990s vibe, with quite a bit of plastic throughout the cabin. However, there’s still quite a lot of stand-out and impressive tech! There’s a big infotainment screen and a digital dial display. The latter even throws up camera displays when the indicators are used. The whole interior is fairly well-built, and the two-tone effect on the seats is pretty nice. The rear seats also come with lots of adjustment – pretty impressive for such a small car! There are two battery and motor combinations available. The first is the standard range, which has a single motor that delivers 97hp and a claimed range of 203 miles, while there’s also a Long Range available. This also has a single motor, but it can put down 115hp and has a claimed range of 229 miles. So is the Inster the must-have small EV? Or would you choose the EC3 instead? Let us know in the comments! Chapters

New Dacia Duster Review: The KING of Small SUVs?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yvmSk1Wsru4

Change your car with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Change-Your-Car-3010 This is the all-new Dacia Duster! It’s one of the cheapest SUVs money can buy, with the price starting from just £18,000! The question is, even with such a low price tag, does it offer enough to compete with small SUV competitors like the Peugeot 2008? Well, when it comes to the design, the Duster has been heavily updated compared to the previous edition – and it looks fantastic! At the front, it looks so much more modern than the previous car, helping it look more desirable compared to some key competitors. Along the side there’s cladding around the wheel arches to give it a rugged look, and the roof bars and blacked-out windows only help improve the looks further. In conclusion, it’s fair to say that the Duster looks much better than you would expect an £18,000 car to look! Step inside and the interior is pretty well laid out. The infotainment screen display may not be the best, but it offers all the functionality you need, including the ability to use Apple CarPlay & Android Auto. There are physical buttons for the climate control, and everything is pretty well laid out throughout the cabin. Unfortunately, though, the visibility to the outside isn’t as good as the previous edition, although it’s still more than liveable. One key difference when it comes to the engines is the removal of the diesel option. As a result, there are now two petrol options – a 1.2-litre turbo that produces 130hp, and a 1.6-litre self-charging hybrid that can produce 140hp. So is the Duster still the best budget SUV around? Or should you look elsewhere instead? Stick with Mat to see for yourself! Chapters

New Renault Clio Review: Pay Less, Get MORE?!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_86Cb2iHmM

Change your car with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Change-Your-Car-2810 This is the new Renault Clio! Renault’s supermini has received a mid-life facelift, and Mat’s going to put it through its paces to see if it can compete with class leaders like the Volkswagen Polo! In terms of the design, given that it’s only a mid-life facelift, it’s no surprise that it looks relatively similar to the previous edition. There’s an updated bumper at the front of the car, some new DLRs and updated headlights. These now come as LEDs as standard in all versions of this car! Along the side, the looks are almost identical, while the range-topping edition we have here has black window surrounds, which aren’t available on all trim levels. At the back, there’s a new bumper, as well as updated taillights. Step inside and the Clio is very much what you’d expect from a car in this class. There are some soft-touch materials on the dash, although this becomes scratchy black plastic lower down in the cabin. The edition we have here comes with comfortable sports seats, and there’s also a relatively large infotainment screen and a set of digital dials. Although the infotainment screen is relatively large, it doesn’t run Renault’s latest infotainment system, so it looks a bit old and can be quite laggy. There are two engines to choose from. The entry-level is a 1-litre 3-cylinder turbo petrol that can deliver 90hp, while the second option is a 1.6-litre self-charging hybrid that produces 145hp. In terms of the price, the Clio can undercut the majority of its competitors. The entry-level car costs £18,000, 1.6-litre car costs £21,600. The former is only available as a manual, while the latter has an automatic gearbox. In fact, the fully-specced range-topper (that we have for this video) only costs £25,000! So is the Clio the smart choice for anyone choosing a new supermini? Or is a Polo or Fabia a better choice? Stick with Mat and see for yourself! Chapters
