Watch their behind-the-scenes video from the day: https://youtu.be/FxydJXQBh5k The Koenigsegg Agera RST is BACK! And it’s going up against the Tesla Model X Plaid! This is set to be one really interested drag race. We know the electric power of the Model X will propel it off the line, but not only is it down on power compared to the Koenigsegg, it’s also SO much heavier! But will that prove decisive? For starters, let’s check the stats. The Koenigsegg is powered by a 5-litre twin-turbo V8 that can produce 1,360hp and 1,570Nm of torque. This power is sent to the rear wheels only via a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox, and the car weighs just 1,395kg. It’s one of the most expensive cars we’ve ever featured, valued at a cool £3,500,000!! As for the Tesla, it’s powered by 3 electric motors, and these combine to produce 1,020hp and 1,420Nm. The car has all wheel drive, and it weighs in at a fairly colossal 2,468kg. If you’re looking to pick one up today, it’ll cost around £127,000. So the Tesla weighs over a tonne more than the Koenigsegg! So does it stand a chance? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!

Change your car with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Change-Your-Car-2410 Cloned cars are a serious issue in the UK. Some reports say there may be as many as 20,000 cloned cars on UK streets, while other reports say the number may be much higher! To get to the bottom of how criminals do this, Mat’s turned to the dark side and is going to attempt to clone a car himself! We’ve picked up a second-hand Mk6 Golf for just £500. It was so cheap because it’s received some damage, so it’s listed as a CAT N write-off, meaning it’s received some non-structural damage which is repairable. Mat's now going to follow in a proper criminal’s steps by attempting to pass this car as another Mk6 Golf (which is in better condition, of course) and try and sell it on for a profit! We’ve enlisted the help of the RAC and Devon & Cornwall Police to see what steps criminals take to clone a car, and we’ll also share some tips on how you can make sure you don’t buy a cloned car yourself. Have you ever been the victim of a cloned car?
