Lando’s turning point? Max’s future + Gabi’s breakthrough – Austrian GP Review | F1 Nation Podcast

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Axpmy7cEyTE

F1 correspondent and F1 TV presenter Lawrence Barretto, and Brazilian journalist Julianne Cerasoli, join Tom Clarkson in the Spielberg paddock to discuss Lando Norris’s victory at the Austrian Grand Prix. How did Lando bounce back from Canada? What did we learn from his epic wheel-to-wheel battle with teammate and title rival Oscar Piastri? And is this a ‘turning point’ in their championship fight? George Russell and Mercedes Team Principal Toto Wolff reignited rumours that Max Verstappen could join the team with some interesting comments to the media over the weekend. How likely is that for 2026? What would Lawrence and Julianne do if they were advising Max in this situation? Ferrari had their best Sunday of the season with Charles Leclerc finishing P3 and Lewis Hamilton P4. With three podiums from the last four races, are they heading in the right direction? And after Lewis wanted to try a one-stop strategy, are the team ‘scared’ to make those calls? Also on the agenda: Julianne tells us why Gabriel Bortoleto’s first points in Formula 1 is such big news in Brazil, Racing Bulls Team Principal Laurent Mekies joins the pod to reflect on a ‘masterclass’ from Liam Lawson after his career-best P6, and do Red Bull need to re-evaluate their second seat again following another challenging weekend for Yuki Tsunoda? 01:41 – ‘Turning point’ in the title fight?

Why is everyone buying this car?

Change your car with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Change-Your-Car-2606 This is the all-new Renault 5! The original Renault 5 was released in the 1970s, but it went out of production way back in 1996. However, it’s now been resurrected in the form of an EV! The question, does the new Renault 5 do justice to the legacy of its predecessors? Let’s take a closer look… Starting with the exterior design, there’s no denying that Renault has got it bang on! It’s modern yet retro, with several design cues taken from the design of the original Renault 5. Along the side, you get contrasting side mirrors and skirts, and there are different colour roofs available as well! At the back, there are contoured tail lights and fake vents that harp back to the Turbo 2. The retro-modern style continues through to the interior. There’s a dual digital dial-infotainment screen on the dash that looks smart and integrated, while there’s a striped design across the rest of the dash to help give it some definition. There may be some hard, scratchy plastics within the cabin, but you have to remember this is still an entry-level car. Thankfully, there’s also a selection of physical buttons on the centre console! The seats not only look retro and cool, but they’re comfortable as well! There are two power output choices for the Renault 5. The entry-level is the Urban, which delivers 120hp, 225Nm, and has a claimed 0-60 time of 9 seconds. It also has a claimed range of up to 190 miles. Then we have the Comfort, which delivers 150hp, 245Nm, and a 0-60 time of 7.9 seconds. The claimed range of this edition is 248 miles. The entry-level Renault 5 starts at £23,000, rising to £29,000 for the range-topping edition. So is it the best small electric car you can buy for under £30,000? You’ll need to stick with Mat and see for yourself! Chapters
