Then we come to the Shelby. Under the bonnet, you’ll find a 5.2-litre naturally-aspirated V8, which normally produces 526hp and 582Nm. However, in this instance, it’s been tuned, and it now puts down 600hp and 597Nm! Power is sent to the rear wheels via a 6-speed manual, and it weighs in at 1,680kg. As new in 2019, this car would set you back around £50,000. So the Shelby is well up on power, but it’s packing a manual transmission! Will that prove decisive?
