Check Engine Light? Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit High Input – Code P0343

The check engine light code P0343 indicates that there is a problem with the electrical circuit in the bank 1 camshaft position sensor. Other symptoms you may notice include a bucking or surging engine, engine stalls, or the engine not being able to start. In this video, Andy explains the purpose of the camshaft position sensor, and then shows you how to diagnose electrical problems with one.
