Compare the best new & used car deals with Carwow: https://bit.ly/New-Car-Deals-1504 Meet the all-new Aston Martin DB12 Volante! Mat’s got his hands on this new drop-top GT, and he’s about to see how this car has evolved compared to the DB11 Volante, while also seeing if it can compare with class leaders like the Roma Spider! For starters, let’s check out the exterior design, and it’s no surprise that it looks absolutely fantastic! The rear end may be relatively similar to the DB11, but that’s no bad thing! It’s slightly wider than the previous edition, and the new tail light design looks absolutely great. Along the side, the car comes with 21-inch alloys, and it also comes with pop-out door handles, aggressive side skirts and frameless side mirrors. Along the front, the car has had a total design overhaul. The clamshell bonnet is gone, and it’s instead made of several different panels. There are loads of vents, matrix LED headlights, and the trademark huge grille at the front. Step inside and the interior’s had a total overhaul. There’s an all-new infotainment system, and redesigned centre console with loads of physical buttons and rollers, and naturally the interior is covered in swathes of leather and aluminium panels. The seats are also super comfortable, but don’t expect adults to fit into the rear seats! Under the bonnet, you’ll find an AMG 4-litre twin-turbo V8 that can produce 680hp and 800Nm of torque. This power is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic gearbox, and Aston Martin claims it can hit 60mph in 3.6 seconds. The all-new DB12 Volante starts from £205,000, but is it worth it? Stick with Mat to see for yourself! Chapters

Sell your car for free with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Sell-Your-Car-For-Free-1304 SIX Teslas in a drag race line-up? You better believe it! We’ve got our hands on every performance version of the Model S and Model X. From the P100D through to the Plaid, these are the six quickest Teslas money can buy. The question is, just how different is their performance? Let’s start with how they compare on paper. The Model S P100D rolls up with dual motors that combine to produce 671hp and 950Nm of torque. It tips the scales at around 2,100kg. As for the Model X P100D, its two motors combine for 534hp and 755Nm, and it’s a fair bit heavier than the Model S, weighing in at around 2,500kg. Then we have the Ravens. Both come with dual motors, and both the Model S & Model X produce 778hp and 1,140Nm. However, while the Model S weighs 2,255kg, the Model X comes in at 2,552kg. Then finally we have the Plaids. Both cars have ti-motors, and both produce 1,020hp and 1,420Nm. But just like the Raven, while the Model S weighs in at 2,190kg, the Model X is a whole lot heavier, coming in at 2,464kg. So it comes as no surprise as to who the favourite is, but just how different will the performance of these cars be? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE! 300hp SUVs: MINI v BMW v VW v Audi DRAG RACE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OkhliU8L3EY

Sell your car for free with Carwow: https://bit.ly/Sell-Your-Car-For-Free-1104 Four of the hottest crossover SUVs you can buy are about to go head-to-head over the quarter-mile! We’ve got Mat in the new MINI Countryman JCW, and he’s lining up against a BMW iX2, a VW T-Roc R, and an Audi SQ2! So let’s see how these pocket rockets compare. Starting with the MINI, it’s powered by a 2-litre 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that can put down 300hp and 400Nm of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed automatic gearbox, and it weighs in at 1,735kg. If you’re looking to pick one up it’ll set you back just under £40,000. Alongside it we have the all-electric iX2. It comes with dual motors that combine to produce 313hp and 494Nm. Power is sent to all four wheels, and it tips the scales at 2,020kg. Not only is it the heaviest car here, it’s also the most expensive, costing around £51,600. The T-Roc R & SQ2 are built on the same platform, so as a result, their performance stats are pretty much identical. Both are powered by a 2-litre 4-cylinder turbo, and both produce 300hp and 400Nm. Both are equipped with a 7-speed gearbox and four-wheel drive, although while the T-Roc weighs 1,575kg, the Audi is slightly lighter at 1,535kg. The Audi is also just over £1,000 cheaper than the VW, costing around £44,100. So will it be an easy win for the all-electric BMW? Or will another car snatch it? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!
