SUV off-roading videos don’t get much better than this! We’ve got our hands on a second-hand Range Rover, BMW X5 & Porsche Cayenne, and we’re about to put them to the test over a series of treacherous off-road challenges! So let’s see how the three stack up. Starting with Mat in the Cayenne, it’s powered by a 4.5-litre V8 that’s good for 335hp and 420Nm. The BMW X5 is next up, with a tasty 4.4-litre V8 that can deliver 286hp and 440Nm. And then finally we have the Range Rover, which is packing a 3-litre diesel that can put down 175hp and 390Nm. Given the age of the cars, we were able to get them for a bit of a bargain, spending just £5,000 across the three of them. So of course, you know what that means… We weren’t exactly that gentle with them! The question is, will all of these legendary SUVs make it to the end of the video?! Introducing one of the BEST cars Mat’s reviewed this year – the Toyota GR86! That’s right, Mat’s got his hands on Toyota’s latest pocket rocket and he’s about to find out if it lives up to the considerable hype that comes associated with it! And when it comes to looks, it’s fair to say it more than meets expectations! Around the back, it comes with a cool ducktail spoiler along with two 100% real exhaust pipes! Up front, there are a number of vents to give it a bit of an aggressive look, and thankfully, none of them are fake! Take a step inside and you’re greeted with a nice interior. There’s a mix of good quality materials and plastic throughout the cabin, and thankfully there are a number of physical controls for features such as climate control. The infotainment system isn’t all that great, but when it comes with Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, does it really matter?! But of course, if you’re interested in this car you don’t care about the interior… You care about the engine! Under the bonnet, you’ll find a 2.4-litre 4-cylinder engine that delivers 234hp and 250Nm of torque to the rear wheels. It also comes with a limited-slip differential on the rear axle, too! All sounds pretty impressive, doesn’t it? There’s a catch though… Only 1,000 units are coming to the UK, and they’re all sold out already! So the question is, is the new GR86 better than other GR-powered Toyotas such as the GR Yaris or Supra? You’ll need to stick with Mat to see for yourself! Chapters

This is the all-new Mercedes GLC! Having first been introduced back in 2015, the all-new GLC is here, and it has competitors such as the Audi Q5 & BMW X3 in its sights! The question is, are there enough updates and changes to grab your attention? In terms of looks, the new GLC takes a number of design cues from the C-Class. But then again, that’s no surprise, given it’s effectively an SUV version of the popular saloon! As a result, it comes with swooping tail lights and a generally good-looking rear end (even if it comes with both fake exhausts and vents)! The side profile is pretty sleek and sporty, while there’s a bigger grille, two Mercedes badges, and if you choose the AMG-line edition, a pretty sporty front bumper. It’s more of the same on the inside, with the cabin proving to be super stylish. There’s a massive infotainment screen in the centre of the dash, along with soft-touch, high-quality materials throughout the car. The air vents are well laid out, and the seats are super comfy. Overall, it doesn’t get much better than this when it comes to mid-sized SUVs. When it comes to performance, there’s a choice of diesel, petrol and plug-in hybrid engines to choose from. The range-topper is the 2-litre turbo petrol PHEV, which delivers 313hp. They all come with 9-speed gearboxes and four-wheel drive. The plug-in hybrid can also drive for up to 80 miles on electric power alone! There’s one key feature you need to keep in mind, however… The new Mercedes GLC starts from £52,000! That’s more expensive than the key competitors from BMW, Audi and Porsche! So should you choose this SUV over the competition? You’ll need to stick with Mat and see for yourself! Chapters
