https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCBLL6F197g

Check out Mat's preferred trim & engine for each car: https://bit.ly/Mats-Engine-Choice We’ve pulled together four of the best small cars money can buy, and Mat’s about to find out which one is right for you! It’s fair to say all four of these cars are pretty recognisable. We’ve got the world-famous VW Golf, the Ford Focus, the Vauxhall (Opel) Astra, and the Honda Civic. The question is, in a crowded small car market, which one stands out the most? For example, when it comes to price, all four are evenly matched. Entry-level versions of each car start from around £25,000 for the Golf and Astra, rising to £27,000 & £29,000 for the Focus and Civic respectively. Additionally, all the cars here (apart from the Civic) come with a whole host of engine and trim options to choose from. Thankfully, Mat’s here to give all four cars a full in-depth review! He'll be checking out their designs, practicality, interiors, and what they’re like to drive. And in each case, he’ll compare them all against each other before deciding on an overall winner! The question is, which one is your favourite? Let us know in the COMMENTS! Chapters

Can a Range Rover beat a Defender OFF-ROAD?!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwaNGQcUhU4

Thanks to https://planetscharity.org/ for lending us their Range Rover. Thanks to @JamesGlenCarSales1982 for lending us their Defender. Welcome to the ultimate Land Rover off-road video! We’ve got Mat lining up in the new Range Rover V8, and he’s about to face off against the new Defender V8! Now people might naturally assume that the Defender will win this hands down, but these cars are actually more similar than you might think! Starting with the Range Rover, it’s packing a 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8 under the bonnet, which is good for 530hp and 750Nm of torque. It’ll come as no surprise that it’s pretty heavy, weighing in at 2,510kg, but then again it is packing a whole load of kit to help it traverse this off-road course, including air suspension, AWD as well as front & rear diffs. Naturally, the Defender comes with similar off-road capabilities, but under its bonnet, you’ll find a 5-litre supercharged V8! As a result, the Defender is able to put down 525hp and 625Nm. It’s also slightly heavier than the Range Rover, coming in at just over 2,600kg. Finally, we have the price, and neither of them are cheap! While the Defender costs £111,000, the Range Rover costs an eye-watering £138,000! But which is better off-road? Will the Defender edge it? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S DO THIS!

New Mercedes-AMG S63: 800hp & 1,430Nm!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QB5Yaxvjnag

Meet the most powerful S-Class ever – the all-new Mercedes-AMG S63 E Performance! It’s the AMG version of Mercedes’s most luxurious limo, and it arrives with a whole load of upgrades over the standard S-Class! So let’s see what’s different. Starting with the design, there are a number of exterior changes to the regular car. Up front, the S63 comes equipped with an AMG grille (a first time for the S-Class) along with some bigger air intakes and carbon trim. Along the side, there are side skirts along with top-of-the-range forged wheels, and around the back, you’ll find quad tailpipes, a diffuser and some AMG badging. The changes don’t stop there, either! Step inside and the S63 is equipped with an AMG steering wheel, along with AMG badging throughout the cabin. The S63 also comes with a number of display updates, with AMG-specific dials available, along with performance and track pace data on the infotainment screen. The rest of the dash is also available in carbon fibre. The new S63 is the first available as a hybrid, and as a result, it delivers some serious power! Not only is it equipped with a 4-litre twin-turbo V8, but there’s an electric motor mounted to the rear axel! They work together to put down an eye-watering 802hp and 1,430Nm! This is enough to propel the S63 to 60mph in just 3.3 seconds! We don’t have the price yet, but you can bet it’ll be pricey! The question is, how much would you be willing to pay for one? 2023 NEW Mercedes S63 AMG – SOUND V8 Exterior Interior and Drive E-Performance

The New Mercedes S63 AMG 2023 E-Performance ! Welcome to Alaatin61! Follow/Share/Like For More https://www.youtube.com/alaatin61
Subscribe https://www.youtube.com/user/Alaatin6… Overview It missed a year of production, but the AMG S63 supersedan is back in a major way. Making use of the Mercedes-Benz S-class’s seventh-generation architecture, the S63 brings the glitz with more go than ever thanks to a new plug-in hybrid powertrain. Mercedes has dropped the previously offered coupe and convertible body styles and will offer the S63 as a sedan only, at least for now. Under the bonnet sits a familiar twin-turbo V-8 that, with the help of AMG’s rear electric motor, now produces a combined 791 horsepower and an astounding 1055 pound-feet of torque for its all-wheel drive system to try to put to the road. To ensure the S63 can get to speeds high enough to escape rising interest rates, AMG will allow its big-battery luxury sedan to reach speeds up to 180 mph. As a chariot for the wealthy with maximum performance in mind, the new AMG S63 is a quick and comfy way to usher in the industry’s electrified future. What's New for 2023? After a short hiatus, the AMG-badged S-class makes its grand re-entry to the prestige-on-wheels class using the bones from the current production Benz S-class mated with a promising high-power hybrid powertrain.Rather than offering a tower of different trims, the S63 sedan is instead a smorgasbord of options that can tailor the car for both drivers and those who prefer to be driven. As the pinnacle performer for the brand’s flagship sedan, the S63 comes standard with a level of comfort unmatched by most luxury apartments. Available carbon ceramic brakes are extra, but we wouldn’t deem them necessary for everyday use.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance For a long time, the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team has worked to develop a high-performance battery that could deliver consistent performance at the highest level of motorsports. Now folks who drive on the road bear the fruit of these efforts with the new hybridized powertrain found in the AMG S63 E Performance. The most powerful S-class ever offered is propelled by a 603-hp twin-turbo V-8 engine up front, with help from a 188-hp motor for the rear axle. Their combined efforts produce 791 horsepower and 1055 pound-feet of torque for the sedan’s all-wheel drive system to process. A nine-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission handles shifting and, to help this barge of power navigate traffic and parking spots, AMG includes rear-axle steering as standard equipment. Mercedes estimates the S-class can make it to 60 mph in just 3.2 seconds with a top speed of 180 mph. That’s a quicker than the feistiest version of the standard Benz S-class, which took 3.9 seconds to reach 60 mph with 496 horsepower. Given the massive power available to hurl it down the road, we suspect the that S63 E Performance will be even quicker than its maker claims. The S63 uses an AMG Ride Control air suspension, AMG Active Ride Control stabilization, and rear-axle steering as standard equipment, so it should handle well. Once we get to drive one, we’ll update this report with our findings. Fuel Economy and Real-World MPG AMG insists its shift to a plug-in hybrid powertrain—which gets help from a new 13.1 kWh battery—is focused on performance instead of range. The EPA hasn’t rated the new S63 E Performance yet, but if the 16 mpg city and 25 mpg highway that the Mercedes-Benz S580 is rated at is any indication, we think it’s safe to bet the hybrid S63 won’t return numbers that would be considered mind-blowing versus those. Mercedes says the S63’s battery-only electric driving mode, which works at speeds up to 87 mph, has a range of about 20 miles. For more information about the S-class's fuel economy, visit the EPA's website.
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo While the massive horsepower will warm the hearts of enthusiasts, the AMG S63’s priorities include comfort. It sports an opulent cabin with distinctive AMG upholstery and stitching. A Dolby Atmos audio system comes standard and offers a 360-degree audio experience. The car’s 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster provides a bright and clear roster of driving info, but the real magic happens on the standard 12.8-inch OLED touchscreen that’s vertically mounted on the dashboard. Road noise cancelation and rich interior materials make the S63 an experience most only taste from limos. Headrest pillows for rear passengers and an abundance of legroom make a strong argument for the S63 as a fantastic car to be chauffeured in as well as a great one to experience from the driver’s seat. Meet the new BMW X1! It’s the entry-level SUV in BMW’s line-up, and Mat’s about to find out if it’s the must-have choice compared to other premium small SUVs. For starters, this may be the smallest BMW SUV around, but it’s seemingly grown in size compared to the previous edition. If anything, it looks more like an X3! There have been a number of other design changes too, from a bigger grille up front and a redesigned front and rear bumper. There are a number of other, smaller touches as well, including flush door handles on either side. Step inside and just like any BMW, you’re treated to a high-quality interior. There are good quality, soft-touch materials across the dash and the top of the doors, and the centre console is comfortable and well laid out. There’s lots of storage to be found throughout the cabin, and the infotainment screen & digital dials are pretty smart, too. Overall it’s a pretty good experience in the X1, although there are some annoying bits of plastic to be found on the steering wheel! There are a couple of petrol and diesel engines to choose from, with the range-topper currently a 2-litre turbo petrol that can deliver 218hp. However, there’s more choice coming in the future, including two plug-in hybrids as well as an all-electric edition, the iX1! The BMW X1 starts from around £34,000 for the entry-level, but is it worth it? Stick with Mat and see for yourself! Chapters
