……………………………………………………. This is the Toyota Mirai! Mat’s got his hands on the latest version of Toyota’s hydrogen fuel cell-powered saloon to see if it’s really worth considering over the best-in-class petrol, diesel & EV powered competitors out there! To kick things off, there’s no denying that the latest generation looks much better than its predecessor. The eagle-eyed viewers out there will notice similarities with the LS upfront… And it’s no surprise, given it’s based on the same platform! Anyone who splashes out on the range-topper will also be treated to some gorgeous alloy wheels. So it looks good, but don’t expect the Mirai to go breaking any performance records anytime soon! The hydrogen fuel cell powers an electric motor to deliver 182hp & 300Nm of torque. So it’s not exactly sluggish, but when you consider prices start from £50,000, that’s not that far off the price of a Tesla Model 3 Performance! So does this new Toyota offer enough to turn you away from the EV class-leading Model 3?! You’ll have to stick with Mat to find out! Chapters

……………………………………………………. Check out Mat's saving on one of these cars! – https://bit.ly/Mats-Choice-2109 Thanks to Heaunique for helping to set up this race – https://heaunique.co.uk/ It’s time for a FWD hot hatch showdown! Mat’s in the Hyundai i20N, and he’s lining up against the Ford Fiesta ST and VW Polo GTI! So how do they compare on paper? Well first up we have the i20N, which is powered by a 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine to provide 204hp & 275Nm of torque. It also weighs in at 1,190kg. Alongside the Hyundai we have the Fiesta ST. Its smaller 1.5-litre 3-cylinder turbocharged engine puts down 200hp & 290Nm, and it’s a touch heavier than the i20N, with a weight of 1,255kg. Then finally we have the VW Polo GTI. It’s hiding a larger 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder engine under the bonnet, with a power output of 200hp & 320Nm. It’s also a bit heavier than its competitors, topping the scales at 1,335kg. So, which of these FWD hatchbacks will come out on top? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE! …………………………………………………….

Furthermore you can hear the sound and you can see the interior, infotainment and exterior of this Mercedes. This car is fitted with 23 inch multi spoke styling rims. Car: 2022 Mercedes GLS 63 AMG
Price: €229.061,- Mercedes GLE 63 AMG
4.0 litre 8 cylinder engine
612 Hp
850 Nm
9 Speed Automatic
270 km/h limited
2530 kg Overview The performance-tuning geniuses at Mercedes-AMG have finally been let loose on the new GLS-class SUV, and from those solid bones they've created the 2021 GLS63. Powered by a fire-breathing 603-hp twin-turbo V-8, luxuriously appointed, and spacious it offers commodious accommodations for the family that wants to travel rapidly—really, really rapidly. Mercedes-AMG has thrown all the tech features it has at the GLS63, including dual 12.3-inch infotainment displays, an available semi-autonomous driving mode, and a 48-volt hybrid system to help the big SUV's performance. What brand of performance is that? The kind that enables it to accelerate like a rocket, V-8 engine roaring. This beast is a heads-up competitor to other oversized hot-rods such as the BMW X7 M50i and the Range Rover SV Autobiography—and comes with a price tag to match. What's New for 2021? Although the GLS63's starting price is deep into the six-figure realm, we'd still suggest a few options sure to please the whole family. For one thing, the Warmth and Comfort package is a nice bundle for those in northern climates, as it adds heated door panels, heated armrests, and a heated center console. We'd also suggest the Energizing package which includes the in-cabin fragrance diffuser and the Acoustic Comfort package, and also adds increased cabin insulation for a quieter interior. Mercedes-AMG also offers a host of standalone features that may catch your eye, including the bonkers 23-inch multi-spoke forged wheels that look just perfect when framed within the GLS63's muscular wheel wells.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance Under the hood of the GLS63 is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V-8 engine that makes a whopping 603 horsepower with the help of a 48-volt hybrid system. All-wheel drive is standard, as is a nine-speed automatic transmission and air suspension. We were blown away by the 2021 GLS63's performance at our test track as it out-accelerated several hot sports cars we've tested recently, tearing off a blistering 3.6-second zero-to-60-mph run. For comparison, the old GLS63—which made a mere 577 horsepower—managed a none-too-shabby 4.3-second zero-to-60-mph run. As impressed as we were with the GLS's acceleration, we can't say the same for its driving dynamics. The ride is firm, especially on the optional 23-inch wheels, but that firmness doesn't translate to a feeling of precision when cornering. The GLS's body bobs across road undulations more than expected, though it still offers plenty of grip to have some fun with on a twisty road. Three rows of seating and interior styling that's slightly sportier versus the Benz-branded GLS-class sets the GLS63 apart from two-row SUV powerhouses such as the BMW X5 M and the Audi RS Q8. Like those competitors, the GLS63 is gorgeously appointed inside. Soft leather covers nearly every square inch of the cabin, and those areas that aren't leather-wrapped are treated to genuine wood trim and tastefully applied chrome; buttons and knobs are rendered in a rich-looking metallic finish. Front-seat occupants can enjoy a massage while blasting down the Interstate, and passenger space is generous in the second row, which can also be equipped with heated seats and power sunshades. The third row of seats is tight for adults but perfectly suitable for children. Cargo space is the same as the standard GLS-class, which in our testing fit four carry-on suitcases behind its third row and 30 in total behind the front seats. Infotainment and Connectivity The GLS63 comes standard with the same dual-screen infotainment setup found in the non-AMG variant. Two 12.3-inch screens, nestled next to each other in a shared bezel, form the digital gauge display and center infotainment display. Mercedes-Benz's new MBUX interface can be controlled via voice, touchscreen, or with the clickwheel mounted on the center console. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration is standard, as is a 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot. https://www.caranddriver.com/mercedes-amg/gls63-4matic

……………………………………………………. Is a new large Tesla SUV on the way? Given that the Tesla Model X was released in 2015 – and electric car tech has come on leaps and bounds since then – it seems about time that the Model X got an update! So what can we expect from a new Tesla SUV? Well, for starters an increase in range. When it was released, the entry-level Model X offered around 200 miles. But thanks to new batteries and a more lightweight design, an updated SUV could offer more than 500 miles between charges!! Then there’s the performance. This new SUV will be quicker than the current Model X. Long-range versions could do 0-60mph in just 3.5 seconds, whilst for Plaid models this could be 2 seconds flat! That’s quicker than most supercars! So are you prepared to wait for this Tesla SUV to be released? Or would you prefer to go for something like the Audi Q4 e-tron that’s available right now? 911 Turbo S v GTR Nismo vs Honda NSX: DRAG RACE

……………………………………………………. Follow Mat on Instagram – https://bit.ly/matwatsoncars-Instagram Plus follow us on Instagram! – https://bit.ly/carwow-Instagram Who's ready for an incredible three-way drag race?! Mat’s sitting in the latest Nissan GT-R NISMO, and this week he’s lining up alongside a Honda NSX and a Porsche 911 Turbo S. All 3 of these cars are packing some serious power! Starting with the GT-R NISMO, it’s powered by a 3.6-litre twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers 600hp & 652Nm of torque. It weighs in at 1,703kg – slightly less than the Honda NSX, which is 1,759kg! The NSX has a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6 plus three electric motors, meaning altogether it produces a combined output of 581hp & 645Nm. And then finally we have the Porsche 911 Turbo S, which time and time again has crushed its competition in our drag races! It’s got a 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six engine that puts down 650hp & 800Nm, making it the most powerful car in this line-up. It’s also the lightest car here too, weighing 1,640kg. So you’d probably back the Porsche to win, right? Well, we’ll see if that’s the case… LET'S RACE! …………………………………………………….
