The 1984 Dallas Grand Prix was unbelievably hot, recording ambient temperatures of 38°C on race day. Polesitter Nigel Mansell was forced to push his car over the line, fainting due to the sheer effort involved. Thankfully, the future champ was able to rehydrate soon after.
