Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/alaatin61 The low-slung electric coupe-style concept looks like a hovercraft, with a lightweight glass-dome roof and doors that open forward like a beetle's wings—although Porsche designers were probably thinking more of the famous 917 race car when they hung those hinges. "The Porsche Mission X . . . picks up the torch of iconic sports cars of decades past. Like the 959, the Carrera GT and the 918 Spyder before it, the Mission X provides critical impetus for the evolutionary development of future vehicle concepts," according to Oliver Blume, chairman of the executive board of Porsche. Fascinating LED Lighting This is no longtail. At 177.0 inches long, 78.7 inches wide, and 47.2 inches tall, the Mission X should fit nicely in your garage. It has a similar wheelbase—107.4 inches—to the Carrera GT and 918. Other racing callouts can be seen in the headlight shape, long and placed low on the nose. Unlike the old cars, the new lights are LED modules. During daytime running, just a slim element is visible, but when you turn on the headlights, the full module opens, "like an eye blinking open," says Porsche. The modern version of a pop-up, say us. The concept car is painted in Rocket Metallic, a color designed just for this car. Satin-finished carbon-fiber details highlight the car's lightweight construction, and Porsche says its aero elements will make more downforce than a 911 GT3 RS. Staggered tires—20-inch wheels at the front and 21-inch wheels at the rear—make use of that downforce. In the center of the wheels is Porsche's redesigned crest, which also can be found on the hood and steering wheel. Look closely: changes are subtle. Continuing Porsche's current production car design trend, a full-length light floats across the rear of the Mission X, with Porsche spelled out across it, in case the freshly redesigned crest threw off your recognition. While charging, the "E" in the Porsche lettering gently pulses, to show something is happening. As it's a concept, Porsche hasn't given much detail on the propulsion, but this is an electric hypercar, with a battery installed behind the vehicle seats to center the mass and give it mid-engine dynamics. 'Ring-Ready Switchgear Back to motorsports inspiration, the open-top steering wheel features mode switches and shift paddles—presumably for some sort of regenerative brake control. Lap recorders and a stopwatch module are also integrated into the cabin, so you can set your own Nürburgring time. Currently the production-car record is held by Mercedes, with the Mercedes AMG One running a 6:35.18 lap time set in 2022. Porsche is quick to declare the Mission X is a design study only, but we saw the Mission E become the Taycan, so we have hope that Mission X will find its way to dealerships in the future. Ferrari 296 GTB v McLaren 765LT v Porsche GT2 RS: DRAG RACE

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lkVjAwfzAuE

Thanks to everyone for lending us their cars: – Porsche 911 GT2 RS: @wam_barn – Ferrari 296 GTB: https://www.instagram.com/davidross1972/
- McLaren 765LT: @LBCarReviews Check out our German channel: @carwowDeutschland How good is this line-up?! We’ve got Mat in the Ferrari 296 GTB, and he’s about to go head-to-head against a McLaren 765 LT & a Porsche 911 GT2 RS! So let’s see how these incredible supercars compare to each other. Starting with the Ferrari, it’s powered by a 3-litre twin-turbo V6 coupled with an electric motor which combines to produce 830hp and 740Nm of torque. This power is sent to the rear wheels only, and the dry weight of the car is 1,570kg. If you were looking to pick up one of these heroic hybrids, it would cost you around £242,000. Next up we have the McLaren. It comes in at a higher cost than the Ferrari, with the price starting from £280,000! Despite this, it’s actually down on power, with its 4-litre twin-turbo V8 producing (you guessed it…) 765hp! It also puts down 800Nm, and this power is sent to the rear wheels. It’s the lightest car here, though, tipping the scales at 1,339kg. Then finally we have the Porsche. It’s packing a 3.8-litre twin-turbo flat-six that can deliver 700hp and 750Nm to the rear wheels. It weighs in at 1,470kg, and when new it cost around £207,000. But if you were looking to buy one today, expect to easily pay £300,000+! So how will this one play out – will the Ferrari’s power propel it to victory? Or could the McLaren or Porsche snatch it? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE! Audi TT RS Iconic Edition review: The end of an era!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8kuwCExQV0Y

The time has come for Mat to say goodbye to the Audi TT RS! He’s got his hands on the new Audi TT RS Iconic Edition – a limited-edition TT which is the last one Audi will ever produce! The question is, does this last-ever TT RS do its predecessors justice?! Well when it comes to the design, there are a few notable changes. Starting around the back the Iconic Edition comes equipped with a huge carbon fibre spoiler which is mounted to the car with a swan neck design. The rear diffuser has also become more pronounced and has had carbon added to it. Around the side, there are extended side skirts, and at the front, there’s an extended splitter, more additional carbon, and matrix LED headlights now come as standard. So there are a couple of notable additions to the outside, but it’s a different story on the inside! The TT RS Iconic Edition comes with the RS styling pack, although whereas this would normally lead to the inclusion of red stitching throughout the car, in this instance it’s coloured yellow… And that’s it! Otherwise, the interior is just the same as a regular TT RS. Unfortunately, there aren’t any changes to be found under the bonnet either! Lift up the hood and you’ll find the same 2.5-litre 5-cylinder turbo as in a regular TT RS, with the power output also remaining the same, at 400hp and 480Nm. In terms of the chassis, it has been lowered slightly and comes equipped with stiffer suspension, but otherwise, the car pretty much matches the regular edition. So there are a few changes, but nothing huge. So that begs the question – is it really worth the eye-watering £87,650 price tag?! And keep in mind, that’s £27,000 more than a regular TT RS! You’ll need to stick with Mat and see for yourself! Chapters

Dakar Rally Pick-up Truck v GR Supra: DRAG RACE

- https://instagram.com/jazirah.aviation What’s quickest in a drag race – a Toyota GR Yaris, a Toyota GR Supra, or a Toyota GR Dakar Hilux? Well, it’s time to find out! We’ve brought all three to an airstrip in the desert, and all three are going head-to-head to see which of these Toyota-powered machines can snatch the checkered flag! So let’s see how these competitors compare. Starting with the GR Yaris, it’s powered by a 1.6-litre 3-cylinder turbo engine that delivers 264hp and 360Nm of torque. This power is sent to all four wheels, and the car tips the scales at 1,280kg. To it’s right we have Mat in the Supra! This is powered by a 3-litre straight-six turbo that can produce 387hp and 500Nm. However, along with more power, there’s also more weight, coming in at around 1,500kg. Moreover, whereas the Yaris has all-wheel-drive, the Supra is only rear-wheel-drive! And then finally we have the almighty Dakar Hilux. It’s also equipped with a 3.5-litre twin-turbo V6, but the power output has been limited to 361hp and 650Nm. As you would expect it’s also the heaviest car here, coming in at around 2,000kg. So which do you think will win – will it be a clean sweep for the Supra? Or will the Dakar Hilux win it? There’s only one way to find out… LET’S RACE!
